Dr. Alfano works as a neuropsychologist at the Barrington Psychiatric Center. He evaluates patients suffering from mild to severe traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions. He is currently the Senior Clinical Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Assistant Research Psychologist at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and Hospital in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences. He is the author or coauthor of over 16 publications and presentations in the areas of brain injury, assessment and neuropsychology. Dr. Alfano received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, and did his post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Developmental Neuropsychology at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. Dr. Alfano is a member of the International Neuropsychology Society and the National Academy of Neuropsychology.
