Dr. Godwin has been conducting psychological and forensic evaluations with the Barrington Psychiatric Center since 1988. Dr. Godwin also provides psychotherapeutic treatment of work injuries, and in conjunction with the Center has helped develop effective, short-term treatment protocols for post-traumatic stress injuries. He is often asked to assess particularly complex medical-legal cases, involving pre-existing conditions, multiple diagnoses, and malingering. He also maintains a private practice specializing in overcoming psychological barriers to personal growth. A prolific author and respected scholar, Dr. Godwin has published many articles on psychology as it relates to physics, biology, history, politics and culture.
